Fees and deadlines

All participants must fill out the registration form. An email confirming your registration will be sent to you once the process is completed.

Important: the reviewing of your submission will be made only after receiving the complete payment of your registration.

For the authors: deadline to submit a contribution and pay the registration: June 22^nd, 2022.

For the other attendees: registration and payment are open up to August, 28^th 2022.

• All payments should be made in EURO (€) by credit card (Master Card, VISA or American Express) or by wire transfer by August, 28^th, 2022
• No registration / reservation will be confirmed without completion of payment
• Please use a credit card which is valid at least until August, 28^th, 2022
• Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about 10 days later due to system matter

For payment by wire transfer, download the bank details.

* Thanks to our financial partner The Company of Biologists, applicable to the 70 first registered students. After: € 500.

** The accompanying person does not have access to the conference.

The fee includes the lunches, cocktails, welcome drinks, coffee breaks, gala dinner and walking visit of the Saint-Malo old town (on Friday afternoon).

The prices are given « with French VAT included ».
